Vacation.

Long time no update. I underestimated school and my time. HOWEVER, I will be trying my hardest to get up as many posts as I can considering it's going to be my spring break next week.

Speaking of spring break, I am going to be in Montana with my grandparents the first part, and then my grandma is flying back to home with me to stay with us for the week!

Now, if you don't already know grandmas are the best at baking, cooking, and fattening you up. I have to try my hardest to eat within my portions. Vacations are always the time where I gain at least 5-10 pounds, and now I am trying to lose pounds on top of it.

If you have any tips for me I would love to hear them! :)

Family Competition!

So last night I was talking to my dad about both of us want to lose at least 20 pounds! We were thinking of what we could do to keep ourselves motivated and we came up with a little bet.

We challenged each other to lose 10% of our body weight. Whoever loses the 10% first wins $100. This sounds very easy but it's actually harder than you think. I know how it's going to work, we're going to burst through the gate all excited about the challenge, drop some weight, and then things will start to slow.

Now how does this apply to you? I'm going to need your help of keeping me accountable and sending me encouragement whether it's on my comments, Twitter, or Facebook!

Favorite Snacks!

I have found that I am a MAJOR snacker. I have a habit of just going into the kitchen and pulling out something random and just snacking on it for hours.

It's funny though because I never want to really snack on carrots or broccoli! That's how I know I am not hungry and I just want something to munch!

I have a new trick! I have transferred out my old cookies, candies, chocolates, and unhealthy fatty snacks, and brought in healthy and new snacks! :) I looove bean dip with a passion and a serving size is less than 100 calories! Granted, the chips aren't super healthy, but I am trying to make small changes. Another one of my favorite snacks is some type of granola bar. They are more filling than you could ever think of! Oh my goodness! I can eat one and be completely tied over for a couple of hours!

Welcome!!!

Welcome to my new blog!!! :)
Okay so I am totally EXCITED to start this new chapter in my life! It is soo hard being a college student, working, YouTubing, and balancing a social life, but hey, why not add something else to my plate!
